SAINT AGNES

Sunday 28 October 2018 2018

Psychedelic rock ‘n roll from London! They combine the fuzz-bas of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club with the dark blues from The Killsand The Dead Weather. “This is Tarantino/Lynch style, warped, twisted psychedelic, Western inspired music that at moment rocks hard, heavy and Southern, and then the next drifts off into the desert, dazed by the scorching sun, dehydration, hallucinations and talking snakes territory…”

Or as Louder than war has already described perfectly: “at the moment rocks hard, heavy and Southern, and then the next drifts off into the desert, dazed by the scorching sun, dehydration, hallucinations and talking snakes territory …”

Alison’s Fall

Alison’s Fall, an alternative rockband falling into different potions, toxicated by different genres and mixing it all into one.

Creating a sexy sound for their noisy, riff- and beat based songs. Influenced by acts like The Kills, St. Vincent, Queens of the Stone Age and inspired by Prince.

Brother and sister, Pepijn and Floortje van der Kooy create the fundaments of Alison’s Fall. Because of their years of experience, playing in different bands, making music and growing up together. They know exactly what to expect from one and other, and share the same vision.

“ Their opening track was a cosmic explosion consisting of organ’s, guitars and heavy percussion. “
