The Portugese drummer and composer Marco Santos usually prefers to play shows surrounded by as many fellow artists as possible, as well as in the many collaborations and projects he puts down. However, this is a one-off change on February 14th. The musician will come to PAARD solo in an intimate setting and he’ll investigates the different forms in which he’s proficient. From minimalism to improvisation, from body to instrument, from organic to electronic, from being and becoming. With video projection, poetry (voice over), story telling and a variety of influences, it becomes a path that leads through different destiny’s but ultimately leads to known grounds. The awareness of the common ground.
