Shermanology’s unique electro music is a surprising new sound in the club circuit. Raised and musically educated by their father and uncle (The Sherman Brothers) they grew up with musicians Prince, Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder. These artists were of great influence on their own musical visions. Next to the undoubtedly recognisable Soul influences, both jazz and funk are characteristic for their electro music. With ‘3 Minutes to Explain’ they found themselves among artists like Fedde Le Grand and Funkerman, and supported Afrojack twice during the ‘JACKED’ club tour. With new material and more exciting collaborations in sight this year the sky is the limit for Shermanology.
