Tede, real name Jacek Graniecki, is probably one of the most famous and controversial Polish rappers. He's famous not only for his musical projects, but also for his skillful business activity and his ability in shaping his own image. The hermetic street hip hop community didn't like him and it wasn't because of his music. That was something different. Tede's creation set up the virgin bridge between an underground hip hop and commercial rap, similar to the American mainstream.In 2004 Tede turned into non-musical projects. His record label made a TV series called "Bezele" In the music TV station Viva Poland. The success of the program was followed by the further film proposals. Tede acted in such movies as "Francuski Numer" (French Number) and TV series "Kryminalni" i "Niania". He dubbed voices for "Zebra z Klas?" (Racing Stripes) and "Wojownicze ?ó?wie Ninja" (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles). In 2008 he was in a jury of the first edition of the program "Fabryka Gwiazd" (Operación Triunfo). Now he's a host of a program about cars called "Operacja Tuning" by TVN Turbo. He's also a co-owner of clothing company PLNY Textylia.
