Intronaut
The post/ progressive metallists Intronaut released ‘The Direction of Last Things’ (Cenury Media) in late 2015, but have not yet toured the album in Europe. Having just come off a US tour with Between The Buried And Me and Enslaved, they’re primed to head back to Europe.

“They’ve proved that they’ll always be masters of their craft and one of the best bands of this generation”
– Metal Injection

Shining
Blackjazz pioneers SHINING continue to blow people’s minds, taking this to new heights (quite literally) with latest album ‘International Blackjazz Society’ (Spinefarm/ Universal) as they scaled the cliffs above the Norwegian fjords for the ‘Last Day’ promo video.

“It’s as unhinged as it is straightforward… it seems to lift off the ground into some new, uncertain gravity”
– Pitchfork

Obisidian Kingdom
Barcelona’s experimental metal/ art-rock artists OBSIDIAN KINGDOM release ‘A Year With No Summer’ (Season of Mist) this month and press are dishing out great reviews. The band will tour for the first time since they headed out with Solstafir in late 2014.

“Down-tempo dark jazz… ambient electronic Ulver-scented soundscapes… The attention to detail is breathtaking”
– Terrorizer
