Pianist/composer Niklas Paschburg weaves melodies, enchanting sounds and a cinematic setting into a sound somewhere between neoclassical, electronic and ambient. He composed his album ‘Oceanic‘ in an improvised studio overlooking the Baltic Sea, which resulted in beautiful neoclassical pieces that fans of Nils Frahm and Daniel Wohl will fall madly in love with. On Wednesday 25 March 2020 you’ll see this promising artist live in PAARD.
Niklas Paschburg was born in Hamburg in 1994. He grew up in a tiny village near Nuremberg and has now found a new base in Berlin. He supported WhoMadeWho on their Europe tour and shared the stage with The Orb, Blonde Redhead, Vancouver Sleep Clinic, Julia Holter and Baths. After his first EP ‘Tuur mang Welten‘, he released his debut album ‘Oceanic‘ in February 2018.
