GLOBAL BATTLE OF THE BANDS

GBOB is a global live music competition for real, unmanufactured bands playing their own, original music. Other competitions are all about cover-songs. In GBOB there are only two main rules: All bands have to play their own songs, and they must play it live.The competition is open to bands of all ages, music genres, whether signed or unsigned.In each country, local and national finals occur, or just a national final in smaller countries. The national winning band travels to the GBOB World Final, and competes with other winners from around the world.Only one band will win the title "Best New Band in the World", and the International Band Development Package which includes a studio recording, music video production, a contract offer from GBOB Records, and international promotion.
