Wegens gepland onderhoud is het tijdelijk niet mogelijk om tickets aan te schaffen.
Op dinsdag 20 september 2022 gaan wij over op een nieuw ticketsysteem. Dit betekent dat je vandaag geen tickets kunt aanschaffen en dat je PAARD account nu niet beschikbaar is. Excuses voor het ongemak! We zien je graag morgen (21 september) terug in onze gloednieuwe ticketing-omgeving. Je reeds gekochte tickets blijven geldig en je accountgegevens blijven bestaan.

Due to scheduled maintenance, it is temporarily not possible to buy tickets.
On Tuesday September 20th 2022 we will switch to a new ticket system. This means that you cannot purchase tickets today and that your PAARD account is not available right now. Sorry for the inconvenience! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow (September 21st) in our brand new ticketing environment. Your purchased tickets will remain valid and your account details will remain the same.

Order your tickets at www.paard.nl
You can order your tickets for any events held at and by Paard online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, right from the comfy chair behind your computer. Tickets are also available for purchase at the box office until the night of the event.
How do you purchase a ticket online?
First, go to the page of the event of your choice, where you can click on a green button with the word ‘tickets’ on it. At this point, you must register or log in with your personal Paard-account; this will only take a minute, but you may want to create an account in advance if you think the event will sell out quickly. As soon as you’ve clicked the green button and Paard approves access to your user account, you can continue your online purchase. Then you can continue by choosing your preferred method of payment. All payments can be fulfilled by using iDeal, MasterCard or Visa. If the purchase has been successful, you should expect a confirmation email from Paard to pop up in your inbox any second now.
The confirmation e-mail includes your e-ticket!
An e-ticket has been included with the confirmation email and you are supposed to print this and to take it with you to the event to which it will grant you access. Notice that all e-tickets have got a unique bar code on them, so that security will be able to validate it through a scanner. Do not share any pictures of this bar code or physically duplicate your e-ticket, or you may risk being denied access to the event.
You do not need to exchange your e-ticket for a physical ‘real’ ticket at the box office, because e-tickets provide valid access to the event of your choice. Physical tickets can be purchased at the box office.
What if you did not receive your confirmation email?
It is possible that the confirmation email would be marked as spam. This happens quite often and does not cause any trouble; just open your spam box and if you can find it there, your problem has been solved.
If this is not the case and you still have issues finding your confirmation email, please contact [email protected] and they will gladly offer you further assistance.
Please take notice that you can only purchase a maximum of 4 e-tickets per event. This measure has been taken to discourage ticket scalpers from buying as many tickets for a sought-after event as possible, to resell them at ridiculous and unfair prices. We made this rule because we care about you.
Would you like to get a discount?
Although we couldn’t possibly make buying tickets any easier, we can do you a favor and make it a little bit cheaper. If you decide to purchase your ticket at our official website, www.paard.nl, you only pay €2,50 service charge, compared to the €4,50 than most other ticket sellers require for Paard-tickets.
Ticket reimbursement in case of cancelled events
If an event has been cancelled, we will refund any tickets that have been bought through our official sources; this counts for our website, as well as our box office. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund our regular service charges.
Ticket reimbursement in case of inability to attend an event
Unfortunately, if for any reason you are rendered unable to attend an event, Paard will not refund any tickets nor any fees or charges. No exceptions will be made.
WE ONLY ACCEPT TICKETS PURCHASED FROM OUR OFFICIAL WEBITE, OUR BOX OFFICE AND OTHER SPECIFIED TICKET (PRE)SELLERS
Be mindful of where you purchase your ticket! Paard does only accept tickets purchased at www.paard.nl and our box office and a few hand-picked sellers. If you buy a ticket from any of these, you will be guaranteed access to the event of your choice, whereas this is not the case with unofficial and unauthorized ticket (pre)sellers. Pay attention and make safe purchases only!
There are various companies that buy tickets and then resell them for double, triple or even more times the official price. By purchasing these extremely expensive tickets, you enable ticket scalpers to continue their crimes. Mind you that there are also companies and individuals who sell counterfeit or duplicated tickets in that price category, so beware, or you may be denied access to the event.

Do you already know you want to attend an event as soon as tickets are on sale? That’s great! You can purchase an Early Bird Ticket and get a presale discount. Please do take notice that there is only a limited number of Early Bird Tickets available for purchase, so you may need to be quick to catch that worm.
