On Friday March 13th Mamihlapinatapai in PAARD would celebrate the arrival of their new album Maghía, but then came Corona. The concert was postponed, but due to the current measures it is unfortunately not possible to celebrate the party for more than 30 people. Mamihlapinatapai is terribly disappointed. The band members were looking forward to the performance, with which they would finally celebrate the arrival of the new album with everyone who wants and should be there.

In consultation with PAARD it has now been decided to continue the performance. It will be an intimate concert especially for the donors who helped make the album possible through crowdfunding. In addition, a new performance will be planned in spring 2021, so that the album can still be celebrated with everyone. Tickets already purchased remain valid and ticket buyers will be informed about this by e-mail.

Safe concert visit in PAARD
We want to continue as much as possible of the current program in an adapted manner. We do this in the safest way possible and within government regulations. For this concert it means that a maximum of 30 people can be present who can visit the PAARD. Of course, our (strict) 1.5m measures that have already been implemented will remain in force. There are also a number of new rules: mouth masks are mandatory in the building (except on the seat). The catering is closed and no drinks or food may be consumed. We hope that everyone will continue to do their very best with us to comply with the measures within and outside PAARD. For more information click here.

“ We omschrijven het als wereldmuziek. We halen onze inspiratie van over de hele wereld, we proberen van mensen zelf nieuwe muziekstijlen te leren. We proberen alles te leren en dan te mixen. “
