Swamp Dogg is coming to PAARD on September 8! Jerry Williams Jr. known as Swamp Dogg since 1970, rebels against the conventions of commercial R&B. Surprising elements, such as the use of auto-tune, are reflected in his soul-infused songs. This can especially be heard on the album Love, Loss and Auto-Tune. With this album Williams shows that he continues to develop himself and his music.

In 2010, Swamp Dogg could be admired at the North Sea Jazz festival, where he gave a lively show. He was previously nominated for a Grammy Award for co-writing Johnny Paychecks’ She’s All I Got and was named by the Rolling Stone in the list of the 20 Best Country and Americana Songs of 2020.

This concert is a collaboration with ProJazz.
