You previously saw State Power at Sniester, and anyone who was there knows that this is one not to be missed. At the end of August, the five-piece is releasing their debut album Hyperstition, and they are no less pissed off about it. Get ready for a hefty dose of pure love in its most aggressive form, on December 19 at PAARD.
In their first two years, the Utrecht-based band has proven that their thrashy and catchy hardcore wastes no time. With two well-received EPs and a ton of festival shows, including two legendary performances at Jera On Air, State Power has wasted not a second making their subversive message heard. Now, with ‘Hyperstition’, they are setting their sights on something bigger (and uglier). Yes, techno-capitalism is slowly eating us up from the inside, but State Power is getting ready to bite back!

EXHALE is a five-piece formed in 2026, hailing from Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Taking cues from bands like Cruel Hand, No Warning, Leeway and Power Trip, EXHALE delivers groove-heavy riffs with aggression and layered vocals. Fast and dynamic, but straight to the point. With songs about inner demons, dark thoughts and the struggle within, EXHALE drags you into the depths of your own mind.
