+ Support: My Girlfriend
My Girlfriend is the hardest guitar-less band you’re going to hear this year. The five-headed band from The Hague combines screeching synthesizers with the powerful voice of frontman Gijs Schouten (also known from Tiny Snail Kid). Sometimes it sounds a bit like The Wombats being covered by The War on Drugs, or vice versa. By now, the band is also a regular at PAARD. They’ve already opened for Black Box Revelation, and last year they even played their own show in the small hall! In short, My Girlfriend is a band from The Hague that you just HAVE to see live at least once.
