The album ‘In Mijn Bloed‘ got loads of media attention and millions streams and views. ‘Ik Was Toch Je Meisje‘ came out in the spring of 2017 and immediately became a hit with over 1,5 million streams. Radio 2 DJ Gerard Ekdom called the song an instant classic and the song became their Top Song.

Roxeanne became famous with her Edison-awarded album ‘In Mijn Bloed‘. Ever since the release the singer has been in a rollercoaster. She was crowned the huisband of De Wereld Draait Door, got nominated for MTV Best Dutch Act and played shows with her band throughout the whole country. In the meantime she has found her own voice in a mixture of glamorous electropop and r&b.
