  • MOOD CTRL

MOOD CTRL is a dynamic trio blending hip-hop and soul with live-recorded instrumentation and modern production in an authentic, organic way. United by three distinct energies—mind, heart, and spirit—Nino, Fee, and Tos bring together soulful vocals, sharp rap, rich harmonies and infectious energy. Influenced by artists like Prince, Erykah Badu, and The Black Eyed Peas, their music comes from a place of necessity: an honest expression of who they are, what they feel, and what they need to put into the world.

  • Brintex Collective

  • Lucas Santana

Versatility, energy and musicality define Lucas Figueiredo Santana, 1993. Saxophone player but also clarinet and flute player, the young Brazilian musician based in Amsterdam has shown a unique way to express himself through music, crossing over the Brazilian samba-jazz, Bossa Nova and Choro with Jazz.

Keep an Eye Records winner – 2020 and and Downbeat Magazine winner on the Small Jazz Combo category, Lucas has been based in Europe since 2015 where he had countless opportunities in which he could experience the apex of the music, sharing the stage with many great musicians from the Brazilian, Jazz and pop scene.

Throughout his arrangements and compositions, he brings to life his deepest musical feelings and emotions, expressing it into several different musical settings from jazz trio to large ensembles.

  • RADIOHOP

At a time when many bands revolve around a single voice or lead instrument, RADIOHOP distinguishes itself with a truly collective sound. Each band member plays an equal role in shaping the music as a single organism, emphasising feeling and atmosphere rather than ego or individual spotlight.

The compositions arise from experimentation, intuitive collaboration, and deep listening, an approach that has as much to do with their backgrounds as improvisers and beat-makers, as it does with their roots in Jazz. Whether live or in the studio, it’s about creating a sonic experience that invites the audience to immerse themselves completely in the sound.
RADIOHOP is an instrumental band from Amsterdam that explores the boundaries between groove, texture, and improvisation. The group consists of Joshua Lutz, Euan Jenkins, Johnny Biner, and Joel Svedberg who create compelling soundscapes that seamlessly interweave jazz, hip hop, and groove.

The band have just released their second solo-album titled ‘HARD TO HANDLE’, delving into the hip-hop/beat foundation that first connected them 6 years ago. The band has recorded their third album, planning to release next year, returning to explorations of jazz-groove and electronic colours, diving even deeper into the raw, collaborative energy that characterises RADIOHOP.

  • Phantom Wizard

Phantom Wizard is a composer and improviser whose work dissolves boundaries and reimagines traditions.

Rather than controlling sound, he attempts to guide it. Nurturing a space where multiple truths can coexist. This principle is the core of ‘Fribari’, a sonic philosophy.

Phantom Wizard blends natural soundscapes, the sonorities of Afro-diasporic music, experimental electronics and the many ancient traditions sourced from the Surinamese melting pot.

Theo invites the listener along on this journey, revealing how his sound, experiences, and identity continue to take shape over time.

  • Diana Sidibé

Diana Dzhabbar is an Afro-Ukrainian saxophonist and artist based in Amsterdam. Over the years, she has collaborated with artists and collectives such as Bnnyhunna, Brintex Collective, IGOR, and also contributed to an album by American artist José James.

Now stepping into her own spotlight, Diana is releasing her debut EP in November. Her sound moves between jazz, neo-soul, and electronic music, blending Afro-diasporic influences with elements of her Eastern European heritage.

This project opens a new chapter in her artistic journey — one that feels deeply personal and honest. Through her work as both a performer and composer, Diana creates an intimate, soulful and very personal music, inviting listeners into her own world.

  • SMANDEM.

SMANDEM. is an Amsterdam-based collective consisting of Aäron Bouwman (bass), Rafael Devante Sinay (guitar), and Kick Woudstra (drums). Inspired by artists such as Herbie Hancock, Christian Scott, and Wayne Shorter, as well as Kanye West and Brent Faiyaz, the
trio creates a sound deeply rooted in the jazz tradition while refusing to be confined by stylistic boundaries or formal conventions.

They continuously push forward, exploring ways to connect their refined musicianship with contemporary popular music. The three first met while studying at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, where it quickly became clear that they shared a similar vision and were destined to play together.

  • Y.O.P.E.

Joop de Graaf is a bassist, composer, and producer from The Hague who operates at the intersection of jazz, beat music, and experimental electronica. With his project Y.O.P.E., he explores a sound in which improvisation, futuristic soundscapes, and rhythmic electronica come together.
