Last year, fans were treated to a brand new compilation, on Sied van Riel’s Rielism label, along with a very special release night at Dhoem Dhaam Warehouse. It gave Misja new energy, fueled the fire needed to try harder, do it better and go faster. Not just at producing music, but DJ wise as well. That night, Misja played an 8 hour set, joined by the likes of Rank1, Lemon8 and Sied van Riel. It sure did whet his appetite, reminding him of the times when 3 to 4 hour sets were the standard. That’s exactly why he’s decided to do another Open To Close set – build gradually, moving deeper into the sound and go out with a bang. Not just select the hits and stuff them into 60 minutes, but respecting the tracks, staying clear of edits, and paying a real tribute to the atmosphere and energy of the crowd.
