After serveral platinum singles and albums, ten sold out Ziggo Domes, a sold out European tour and winning a handful of awards, Dutch band Kensington is back to hit the national stages. One of those stages is -of course- Paard. Frontman Eloi Youssef: ‘It’s fantastic that we got to play so many concerts throughout the years and we’re very proud of that. Although we can’t get enough of the real big shows, going back to the Dutch clubs was high on our wish list.’

Before coming to Paard, the band has got another five sold out shows at Ziggo Dome to play. Drummer Niles van den Berg: ‘Of course we are really looking forward to these Ziggo Dome shows. We are incredibly grateful that we are given the chance to do both: big arena’s and clubs. Both are special in their own way.’

At the eind of 2016, Kensington released its fourth album Control, including the hit singles Do I Ever, Sorry and the most recent single Bridges. The video for Bridges was shot in Berlin and Paris during their European tour earlier this year.

“ Kensington bedient zich vakkundig van hits om een euforische sfeer te creëeren. Done With It, We Are The Young, All For Nothing en War gaan erin als zoete koek. “
