Our loyal PAARD and Sniester visitors already know them: the Scottish Funk/Rock trio High Fade. The band, consisting of founder and string-shredder Harry Valentino, bassist Oliver Sentence and drummer Heath Campbell, returns on April 4th during their worldwide tour. The exciting former busking band has since become a globally known name, after breaking through with viral hits like “Burnt Toast & Coffee”, “Gossip”, “Burnin'” and a bold cover of Herbie Hancock’s “Chameleon”.
High Fade has now racked up 1,500 shows, including Boomtown, Suwannee Hulaween and Glastonbury. Not bad for an independent DIY band operating entirely outside of the major label system. With shows full of raw energy and jaw-dropping musicianship, they refuse to accept the limits of what a three-piece band can do
