Want to get into summery vibes already!? On July 17, 2023, the greats of Fat Freddy’s Drop will take the stage in the Great Hall. The seven-piece formation from Wellington, New Zealand, takes you on a relaxing journey through dub, reggae, soul, jazz and blues. Through the silky soft voice of singer Dallas Tamaira, the genres melt together in a sultry danceable mix.
Fat Freddy’s Drop started as a jam band and the collective has never lost its approach to making music freely. On stage, the band members love to give songs a new spin and even create completely new songs in the moment.
