The first part of Polaroid was released in the fall of 2021, with five songs including the singles ‘Horizon’ and ‘Doe Het Dan’. The band decided to finish the Polaroid album by adding eight extra songs to the EP. The album Polaroid is a collage of those conflicting feelings and thoughts associated with the pandemic of the past two years.

“It didn’t go the way we thought” This opening sentence from BLØF‘s 2006 ‘Aanzoek Zonder Ringen’ suddenly became very relevant in an unintentional way when the corona pandemic started in March 2020. Even though their concerts couldn’t continue, it didn’t stop them from concentrating on music. They went to the studio and started making their new album Polaroid. BLØF will be 30 years old in 2022 and they will celebrate this with a anniversary concert and a new album. The jubilee show will not only emphasize 30 years of BLØF, but will also include a lot of new songs.
