SUPPORT :

NÆL is the cinematic indie project centered around songwriter and vocalist Renée Spijker. Her music moves between electronic textures, organic bass and drum grooves, and lyrical trumpet melodies. Within layered, filmic compositions, a sound world emerges that feels both intimate and expansive, always breathing, always in motion. Vulnerability lies at the heart of NÆL, not as a weakness but as a strength. For Renée, the project is an exercise in softness: a reminder that emotions do not define us, but move through us and help us grow. Her voice carries the songs with a dreamlike intensity that lingers long after the final note has faded.
