In the 1990s, The Pharcyde was very successful with their debut album The Bizarre Ride II and the gentlemen still impress with their refreshing sound. On March 5th the group will be in almost complete formation, including Fatlip, in The Hague.

In the 1980s the formation started as a dance group and they were soon linked to producer J-Swift. This resulted in the well-known debut album The Bizarre Ride II. With this light-hearted album, in a landscape dominated by gangsta rap, they immediately managed to leave their mark on the hip-hop scene. After the group released the second album, everyone went their own way, but recently joined forces again into an almost complete formation.
