In Scandinavia they are able to make music like it is summer all year long. When we heard the Swedish band Isak Strand vs. TOE for the first time we instinctively knew that we had to bring them to The Netherlands. Cheery upbeat surf songs, romantic folk pop and reggae tunes with a hint of jazz- and soul.
Right after the release of the debut album ‘You and Me and Yes You Two’ it conquered the world through Spotify. The four men counting band felt that the musical puzzle was incomplete. After adding trumpeter Filip Olandersson and Saxophonist Johan Axelsson with their swinging sound, it all fell into place. ‘Be All We Could’ a six containing EP is the icing on the cake of this grooving machine full of potential. With the latest release, ‘Theory of Everything’, provides you with both classic cheery songs and beautiful Nordic Folksongs like ‘Container’.
