Steen helped him with making new connections and they collaborated on multiple raps (like ‘Bicycle Chain’). His hooligan rap is a huge success. He scored millions of streams with his first video ‘Rellen In De Hel’. A hardstyle remix didn’t come as a surprise. EZG (Even Zonder Grappen): he is one of a kind in the scene. He distinguishes himself with the hardest beats and hardstyle. If you ask him about his competition, he will tell you there isn’t any. And he is right. The heart of the hooligan rapper beats for FC Utrecht, but he is representing hooligans in general. Mostly to get rid of the prejudices media created, as he says: ‘’I’ve been part of the soccer culture for my whole life, but as far as I know I am the only one who raps about it. I might be a fan of FC Utrecht but I don’t want that to be in my way to make a career. I do not only rap for Utrecht, I also get lots of positive reactions from supporters of other clubs.’’ EZG is representing the underdogs and that is something he is proud of.
