BILL LAURANCE In Het Koorenhuis

Snarky Puppy keyboardist Bill Laurance is an absolute all-rounder. Like his fellow band members Michael League and Cory Henry, Laurance has also built up a reputation with projects that he initiates alongside Snarky Puppy. Besides being a keyboard player, Laurance is a composer, arranger and producer and makes soundtracks for film and TV. With his musical Snarky Puppy-buddies Michael League and Robert ‘Sput’ Searight he released his debut album ‘Flint’ under the name ‘The Bill Laurance Project’ in 2014, followed by the solo album ‘Swift’ in 2015. Then followed two new League / Searight collaborations Aftersun and Live At Union Chapel in 2016.

In the meantime, Laurance has also proven himself as an engaging soloist, in which he manages to retain the energy of his albums and creates a surprising link between jazz, classical and world music.

Dinner & Jazz
Prior to the concert in the Grote Zaal, a special jazz meal will be served in the foyer at 19:00. You will need to purchase a ticket through this link. This ticket is also the admission ticket for the program. There is a choice of meat or vegetarian. Dinner ticket includes 1 drink.

Information for Student Pass / Stork Passholders:
Tickets at the box office are € 9, – on presentation of the pass; combiticket diner & jazz (including 1 drink): € 21, -. For a combined ticket, you can reserve at least 2 days before the concert via [email protected]. State name, surname, telephone number and card number in the e-mail. The reservation is only definitive after it has been confirmed by us by email.

This concert is organized in collaboration with ProJazz and is part of the series “ProJazz in het Koorenhuis”.
