A SHORT HISTORY OF THE SHOWGIRL
The main hall of Paard van Troje will be transformed into a glamorous nightclub: Bar Burlesque. Lady Marmalade and her showgirls will take you back in time on an exciting trip into the roaring twenties. Expect an evening filled with cabaret, comedy, trickery, illusion and seduction. Dancers Xarah von den Vielenregen, Deena Ray and the acrobatic Betty Hope will showcase the Wonderful World of Burlesque. Musical guidance comes from the famed of Wilhelm Wasa and Daan Svenska Blanche. After doorman Terrebelius lets you enter, and our luscious Candy Girls will make feel you welcome, nothing is “too much”: music, showgirls, corsets, dresses, feathers, braces and suits will be the soulfood and eyecandy in a night to remember!
After the Burlesque show the tables are set aside to create a dancefloor to host the danceable authentic jazzsounds of Bernards’ 16-piece wing orchestra.
