Her father taught her to play guitar when she was only 10 years old. After she studied Pop Music at the Conservatory in Amsterdam, she released her self-titled debut album. Her musical career took a spin with shows at Lowlands, Noorderslag and Paaspop, and she is a regular guest at Dutch TV show De Wereld Draait Door. Expect to be blown away by her great voice mixed with catchy folk-, blues- and pop songs.
Luka
Rotterdam-based singer-songwriter Luka writes quirky indiepop. She released her debut EP in 2014 with her band called ‘Change of Seasons’ and played in Paradiso Tolhuistuin, at Where The Wild Things Are and Noorderzon. On this moment she is busy preparing her second EP ‘Welcome, Generation Everything’. This one is recorded in Studio Joneski en is released in February 2018. Luka is a promise for the future of alternative music.
