Danish Producer Anders Trentemøller has long been respected as a creator of memorable melodies and lush soundscapes. Songs like Still on Fire, Take Me Into Your Skin and Miss You carved themselves into our collective memory. In the last ten years it has become increasingly apparent how unique his sound is; it is difficult to compare his style with other musicians. While many artists follow a pattern of invention and reinvention, Trentemøller seems to follow a series of points along the same curve. Each release is a new chapter as we follow a constantly evolving series. Contrasts and paradoxes pass by here. In 2019 he added the album ‘Obverse’ to his story. The listener is taken on a journey through memories without becoming too nostalgic. This idea is developed in the latest album ‘Memoria’.
