Niels Geusebroek started his musical career with the band Silkstone, where he scored hits as ‘What’s The Reason’ with, and with who he performed on Pinkpop and Lowlands. After he participated to The Voice Of Holland in 2012 (where he audited with Coldplay’s ‘Trouble’), his big breakthrough was a fact. He scored a huge hit with ‘Year Of Summer’ (a collaboration with DJ Wildstylez) and ‘Take Your Time Girl’. Both singles are still played on the Dutch radio a lot.
In 2013 and 2016 he did a few really successful tribute performances on the Zwarte Cross and is now touring with the songs of Coldplay. In particular the first albums Parachutes, A Rush Of Blood To The Head, X&Y and Viva La Vida make Coldplay a timeless band for the singer-songwriter: ‘’It feels like I’m a child in a candy store to use all the great music Coldplay made. It is a pleasure to sing their songs.’’
