After The Overslept participated in the Popronde, the band signs with 8Ball Music. The foursome is bombarded to 3FM Talent in June 2017 and in August of that year the infectious hit single ‘Stolen Car‘ will be released, which cannot be beaten off the radio. The band could already be seen as support act for Panic! At The Disco and Paramore in AFAS Live, on Pinkpop, Paaspop and Noorderslag.

The Overslept is a Dutch rock band, consisting of childhood friends Sem Jonkhout, Tommy van der Leer, Daniël van den Brink and Délano Ladurner. In 2014, the foursome decided to join their musical forces and breathe new life into pop rock songs. The Overslept has spent a lot of time in the studio to give these songs an acoustic guise. All these tracks form an EP that will be released on Friday December 11th! To continue the acoustic adventure within the possibilities, the band travels through the country in the spring with an acoustic tour. On February 27th, 2021, their sturdy and energetic set will be presented in PAARD‘s Grote Zaal.
