T. RAUMSCHMIERE (LIVE)

Friday 18 November 2016 2016

German producer T. Raumschmiere balances with its gritty danceable electro teetering on the brink of raunchy punk. Sometimes dark, sometimes full of cheerful 8-bit melodies. With the song 'Monstertuckdriver "he tore apart many dance floors and with Miss Kittin he made the cracker: 'The Game Is Not Over'. Meanwhile, the German producer has made his mark more than earned in the broad regions of the European dance scene and it's time to take him to The Hague.

Roots in the industrial
It was the industrial, punk rock and hardcore that gave musical direction to Marco Haas, a.k.a. T. Raumschmiere for the first time. T. Raumschmiere made his debut as King of Gnarz in 2000 and had a year later had a deep bond with Kompakt, that released his EP Zarbitter on Shitkatapult and Musick. That year, he played more than 150 live and DJ gigs around the world. Not a bad start for a newcomer.

Raging live shows
Raumschmiere has continued to renew in recent years. Not only releases one by one kneiter hard hits, also will be live shows loosely played to the lime from the walls: ‘He jumped around so violently that audience members had to preventinfo him from knocking his equipment to the ground’, said New York Times once.
