DAAU (Die Anarchistische Abendunterhaltung) already started back in the early 90s as part of the Antwerp scene, alongside bands such as dEUS and Zita Swoon. DAAU can best be defined at what it’s not; it’s not classical music, rock nor folk but all together. The five tracks on their latest album ‘The Shepherd’s Dream’ came about after long improvisation sessions.
