No snow during PANN in The Hague. The finest gay party of Holland visits our city this time in the late spring! This party is always a highlight for The Hague and for PANN, so you don't want to miss this! What is PANN?PANN started organising events outside of Utrecht in 2007. There were two pilots: one in The Hague and one in Tilburg. The idea was that instead of demanding its visitors to come to Utrecht, PANN would come to its visitors: PANN-on-Tour. On paper a good idea, but would it work?PANN on tour!The pilots were very successful and since then the PANN parties outside of Utrecht are hard to be forgotten by the gay youth in Holland. As these parties are nowadays a standard part of PANN, the term 'on tour' is not being used anymore. It's PANN The Hague!
