Paardcafé: Hard & Heavy

Paardcafé presents a concert series entirely dedicated to heavy music. These evenings feature a carefully curated selection of today’s up-and-coming metal bands, with an emphasis on intensity and live energy.

The following bands will take the stage at Paardcafé during this evening:

NEBELSTØRM is a Dutch atmospheric black metal band founded in 2025 by three kindred spirits: Jesse Peetoom, Stefan Terlouw, and Tim Kramer. Driven by a shared fascination with misty landscapes, introspective darkness, and sonic oblivion, they began crafting music that is both relentlessly heavy and ethereally melancholic.

PROPHECY OF ASAG consists of members of different ages, genres, and bands. Some of them have played together before, while others have not. Their lead and rhythm guitarists have also played together in a band. Our current lineup consists of a drummer, a singer, two guitarists, and a bassist. We’re a band from Arnhem and have played at various gigs throughout the Netherlands. Most of us have years of experience in different bands and genres. Some members played together in a band for x years before coming together as one band. We’re currently working on our first album.

SAYAS originally started as a side project in Enschede. After a previous hiatus due to a search for the right musicians, Nick Boerrigter (bass) and Tom Landkroon (guitar/vocals) found the missing link in drummer Tom Sewalt. Since their official debut in 2019, the trio has focused on creating groovy, progressive, and atmospheric extreme metal. The band recently released their debut EP, *Life’s Confinement*, which is available to stream on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
