Tuesday 23 June 2026
On this evening, Laurens Dassen and Reinier van Lanschot will present their ‘State of the European Union’. Mendeltje van Keulen will give a lecture. Afterwards, they will join each other and the audience in a panel discussion and answer questions about the content. The central question for Europe is what the consequences of ten years of Brexit have been, how we can redefine our relationship with the United Kingdom, and how Europe can become autonomous: economically, digitally, in terms of energy and in defence. Not only in The Hague or Brussels, but especially at a local level. European unity starts with decisive action close to home.
Tickets are free but must be claimed via the button.
Please note: this is a Dutch-language programme.
