Support act The Anaesthetics combines danceable elements with unorthodox guitar parts, contemporary and idiosyncratic electronics, and romantic influences, summarized under the name Modern New Wave. When it came time for a debut album, the four gentlemen wrote more than a hundred songs in one year! A gigantic job that could only succeed with an arsenal of tools and a high work ethic. Armed with synths, guitars and software, song after song was produced. Not only during rehearsals, but also at home: living rooms and bedrooms were transformed into real music studios. A mega project that is finally bearing fruit, because the strongest ten tracks now form their debut album 1080.

Known for their compelling live performances and their unique style in which they use mandolin as electric guitar, post-punk band And Also The Trees perform poetic lyrics against a background of dark jazz. After performances with The Cure, fourteen albums and tours in Japan and the US, the band can say with certainty that they are able to leave quite an impression.
