In a short time, three singles and two music videos were released, a spot in the 3voor12 Top 100 followed, a supporting act at Paradiso, more than thirty shows, and multiple radio plays. What the fuck is he up to now! After sets at Wildeburg, a surprise performance at Lowlands for Dario Goldbach’s column, a solo show at Skatecafe, and as support for Flaire at Paradiso, Raffie continues to make appearances in places that matter. The debut EP is scheduled for spring 2026.

What started as a minor role — Goldband’s driver — has quietly become something entirely different. Raffie the Driver is now on stage himself, not as a joke, but as an artist who makes audiences sing along, laugh, and occasionally fall silent. With a voice that balances between the sentimental Dutch ballad and half-ironic Nederpop, he sings about longing, doubt, and self-mockery. It sounds sincere, but never overly serious; lightly played, yet sharp enough to linger.
