Rafael has previously performed at major festivals such as North Sea Jazz festival, ESNS and the Grachtenfestival and has collaborated with the Metropole Orkest, CHO Latanya Alberto and many others. He also makes himself heard behind the scenes as a producer and musical director on national and international projects.

Rafael Devánte Sinay honours with guitar

During the national commemoration on 15 August, guitarist and producer Rafael Devánte Sinay will perform at PAARD. He will be given full artistic freedom where you can expect a unique musical experience in which versatility, spontaneity and naturalness take centre stage. He will be on stage with his regular band members Aaron Bouwman (bass) and Kick Woudstra (drums), also known from his band SMANDEM. Legendary percussionist Nippy Noya and dancer Lucinda Wessels make the performance extra special.
