North by North is a two-piece garage/pop band from Chicago, Illinois. They have toured extensively since 2017, playing nearly 800 shows across the US, Canada and Europe. They have shared the stage with a wide range of notable artists ranging from Eagles of Death Metal to Tegan and Sara. They have also released 3 full-length LPs under their own label, Double Hex Records.
It was the year 2022, a weird pirate side hustle gone wrong had left just three survivors; Sean, Jurre, and Aidan. Their boat; Daytime Lingerie was wrecked, but their dreams still very much alive. Armed with little to no marketable skills the trio picked up guitars with the goal of riffing their way to a rock n roll paradise void of all the trappings of modern life. Their infectious brand of hard and fast punk music might just charm you into fandom… but if it doesnt, like their old ship, Daytime Lingerie will go down swinging.
