Paardcafé: Neil Hollyn & Liv Webbers

Friday 20 February 2026

Neil Hollyn writes for anyone who is still figuring life out, the people who laugh too hard, feel too much, and sometimes lose themselves along the way.

His sound moves somewhere between soft rock and indie pop, sparkling guitars, open tunings, and uplifting choruses.
Come to dance, to shout everything out, and maybe to walk outside feeling like you understand something you couldn’t put into words before.
For fans of Sam Fender, Holly Humberstone, and Goo Goo Dolls.

*Fun fact: his song September Moon was once literally sent into space for a good cause.

Liv Webbers creates alternative Dutch pop that moves you. Inspired by the American and Dutch pop scenes, she writes honest music about everything you feel but can’t always express.

She started writing her own songs at a young age from her bedroom. What began as a safe space to put her feelings into music has grown into a unique sound where vulnerability and strength come together. She has traded her old piano for a group of talented musicians and producers she has gathered around her over the past few years.

Her debut EP Knaldrang is a collection of personal stories about growing up and trying to escape reality. The songs are raw, cheerful, but always sincere.
