Treacher, hailing from their headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands, is a brotherhood with the common goal of delivering razor-sharp metal that combines a
variety of influences such as (Melodic) Death Metal, Thrash Metal, and Black Metal. It can best be described as Melodic Death Metal with a vicious twist that will surprise and delight fans of both the “Old School” and the “New School.”

In collaboration with Stormram Bookings, Paardcafé presents a concert series dedicated entirely to heavy music. These evenings feature a carefully curated selection of emerging metal bands of the moment, with an emphasis on intensity and live energy.
The following bands will take to the stage at Paardcafé during this evening:
Thrash metal band Objector first saw the light of day in 2007. Their first album, Stand Your Ground, was released in 2013. Objector can best be described as a thrash metal band with influences from Kreator, Slayer, Exodus, Nuclear Assault, Annihilator, Judas Priest, Accept, and many more. Themes often include evil, the end of the world, politics, death, disaster, and chaos. Fast and powerful, loud and to the point. They come to chew gum and rock hard… and guess what? The gum is gone!
Poseydon werd opgericht in 1992 door Alain De Block, met de ambitie om een smakelijke mix van thrash en death metal te brengen. Na een succesvolle, doch korte periode zonderde Poseydon zich eind jaren ‘90 enkele jaren af. De God van de zee en metal verscheen echter terug op het podium in 2006 met oa Jeroen (Thorium, ex-Court of Chaos) erbij. Na enkele wijzigingen in de line-up vervoegden ook Jef (exObjector, ex-Hudic) en Leander de band. Tom (ex-Our Hate) nam uiteindelijk de taak van frontman & lead vocalist Christoph over, die noodgedwongen moest stoppen wegens gezondheidsproblemen.
