Artemis is a three-piece rock/metal band from Delft/Amsterdam with increasingly progressive tendencies. While their earlier work featured accessible blues-rock, they are now pushing boundaries with complex rhythms, unexpected riffs, and deep themes. At the same time, they maintain a powerful, raw sound that invites headbanging. Their upcoming album “Before the Coral Crumbles” bears little resemblance to their 2024 debut EP “Falcon” or the single “Huntress” from May 2025. Artemis is evolving toward a rougher, more complex, progressive sound.
Lyrically, Artemis draws inspiration from continental philosophers such as Søren Kierkegaard, Jean-Paul Sartre, and Hannah Arendt. Meteorological themes often serve as metaphors for humanity’s thrownness into a world held together by chance and inevitability, where humans, despite their fate, still bear the duty of agency.
The anthem of twilight for a new dawn. Will O’ Dusk emerges at the boundary of light and shadow—where emotions fade and music becomes the will to face a new dawn. The band explores the inseparable bond between light and darkness and translates it into songs that transcend good and evil.

By combining the rawness of southern rock with the intensity of post-grunge, and adding accents of hard rock power and glam flair, Will O’ Dusk creates music that unfolds with every listen—layered, visceral, and hauntingly familiar, like that enigmatic thought that lingers after the sun has set.
Will O’ Dusk isn’t just any band, but a journey through twilight itself—a place where contrasts collide and rock finds new life.
