Siarhei Mihalok brings the party to PAARD again on January 17, 2020 with his project Lyapis-98. Lyapis-98 (ЛЯПИС 98) is the reincarnation of Belarusian band Lyapis Trubetskoy, big in the 90s. We go crazy on hits like ‘Au’, ‘Metelitsa’, and ‘Zelenoglazoe taksi’. The album ‘Ty Kinula’ has made the group a cult punk rock band overnight and has brought Lyapis great popularity.

Lyapis Trubetskoy is a cult punk rock band from Belarus from the 1990s to 2000s. The band made thirteen albums during their existence. In 2014, the band announced that it would stop and that two separate bands were established: Brutto and Trubetskoy. In 2016 the former band members came together to create Lyapis-98 and soon the men all entered the stage.

“I like that we are going to legalize Lyapis-98. I think I am ready to sing my clown repertoire cheerfully and with full conviction. I have a tattoo of a circus tent and balloons that fly up. It is like in the song ‘Yarmarki scratch’ – you never let go of nostalgia. I can be serious, mature and considerate, but I always remain a circus artist. I like to make people happy and sing. And I do that honestly and with full conviction! ”
