Josylvio began his career around 2015 and released his first single, Le7nesh, which went gold. The single was a collaboration with producer Esko.

His debut album, Ma3seb, was released in 2016. Since then, he has released several albums, including 2 gezichten (2017), Hella Cash (2018), Abu Omar (2021), and Vallen En Opstaan (2022), most of which topped the Dutch album charts. He has earned multiple gold and platinum certifications and won several awards, including an Edison Award and a XITE Award.
