JAKE CLEMONS (from E Street Band)

Een cocktail van de ruwe kant van Johnny Cash en Springsteen’s rock ’n roll, afgetopt met vleugje soul

Jake Clemons comes to PAARD. After the passing of his uncle Clarence Clemons, Jake took over his role as saxophonist in Bruce Springsteens E Street Band. He proved with solo record ‘Fear & Love’ that he’s doing just fine on his own. His music sounds like a blend of the rugged side of Johnny Cash and Spingsteens rock ‘n roll, finished with a dash of soul. Exactly what you need for a night filled with old school rock caliber.

The American singer-songwriter is not unknown to the world of music. Early on Jake shared a stage with no one less than Eddie Vedder, Roger Waters, The Swell Season and The Roots. Besides singing he writes his own music, plays guitar, drums and saxophone. For years he toured with Bruce Springsteens E Street Band and released in 2017 his first solo record ‘Fear & Love’.
