PANN

What is PANN?PANN started organising events outside of Utrecht in 2007. There were two pilots: one in The Hague and one in Tilburg. The idea was that instead of demanding its visitors to come to Utrecht, PANN would come to its visitors: PANN-on-Tour. On paper a good idea, but would it work?PANN on tour!The pilots were very successful and since then the PANN parties outside of Utrecht are hard to be forgotten by the gay youth in Holland. As these parties are nowadays a standard part of PANN, the term 'on tour' is not being used anymore. It's PANN The Hague!
